Our best energy rating: passive 130 has triple glass 5+16ar+5+16ar+5 low-e glass, warm edge spacers and argon gas filled, also the wood frame is not conductive as aluminum which contribute to the insulation performance also. The U-value of the entire window is less than 0.8 W/m2.K.

 

The surface of wood is treated by environmental friendly water based lacquer, high specification coating process with "2 times primer, 2 times finish". Water based lacquer is purely extracted from plant, which is harmless to your health.

A: It will take about 30 days after receipt of deposit and confirmation of drawings. Customized configuration takes extra 15 days. 

Q 2: What kinds of test reports or certifications do you have?
A: Penjoy windows doors meet the standards such as New Zealand standard NZS4211:2008, Australia standard AS2047:2014, America and Canada standard AAMA/WDMA/NAFS 2011. Our thermo75 series and PH130 series have gained the certification of PHI and CSA.

Q 3: What is the standard size and design of your windows and doors?
A: As windows and doors are customized products. The maximum height of operable window can reach 2100 mm. According to client's needs, we design for you with improvement suggestions.
